 A: We currently ship exclusively to customers within the United States.

A: We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for all orders within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a 30-day return window. We accept returns for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

 A: At Ligory, we offer 100% Free Returns. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all eligible returns. You do not have to pay for return shipping.

Q10: Are there any restocking fees?

 A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Q11: When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
